DEAR CTRA MEMBERS

Thank you for becoming members of CTRA!

Firstly, we must apologize for the lengthy delay in processing your 2010-2011 memberships.  We have experienced some administrative challenges over the last several months, resulting in a significant communication breakdown.

We wish to assure you that the new CTRA Board is working very hard to resolve the problems and to improve how we currently process new and ongoing memberships.

We recognize the importance of timely communication to our extremely valued members and hope you understand how sorry we are to keep you waiting.

The CTRA website is currently being updated.  It is our intention to move toward a complete makeover that will assist in avoiding many of the issues we are now dealing with.  We are excited to get started with these new initiatives and encourage you to keep your eye on the website for further updates.
